Reservation Payment & Cancellation Policies

Cancelation policy vary per season and/or rate plan selected. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The total will be charged before the guest arrival as per the policy applied at time of booking. When a free cancelation window is applied, cancelations, modifications, or no shows outside the allowed window will have a penalty of the total of the booking.

-For high season (december, january and easter week) in case of cancellation a 100% charge will be applied. If you notify us of your cancellation with at least 72 hours before check-in, we can apply the paid money in any available night(s) within 3 months time.

-For low season, free cancellation up to 72-hours before check-in time, within that window, a 50% charge of the total reservation will be made.

Children rate: $25 per night each (all children above 12 year old pay the full $30 rate)

Check-in time 2 p.m. Check-out time 12 p.m.

Property is completely nonsmoking.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets per bungalow.

Early Check In- Late Checkout -Subject to availability. $20 for 2 hours, $40 for up to 4 hours.

Guests unregistered during check in will have an extra fee of $30+taxes.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Important information for your stay

Breakfast from 7:00 am to 9:00 am

Pool hours: from 8:00am to 8:00pm

Please wash up before entering the pool and avoid drinking/eating inside the pool. No sharp or glass objects in the pool area as it can be dangerous

We are a natural hotel, bungalows are inside a forest and nature is around you, this includes fauna such as insects, monkeys, birds, iguanas and more. Please understand this is normal in the area and type of place you are staying. We recommend bug spray.

During nighttime lighting is reduced, for this reason we recommend turning on the lights outside your cabin and using phone or another flash light.

Please turn off air conditioning if you are not inside the room.

Each lost towel has a cost of $20. Please avoid taking your hotel towel to the beach.

Laundry service available for an additional cost.

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause inside the hotel and room during their stay and must pay to replace or repair.
